Brandon Hightower

Brandon joined Qatalyst in September 2014. He has more than ten years of investment banking and technology advisory experience and was previously an Associate with GCA in San Francisco, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions advisory for consumer technology and software companies within the Technology sector. Prior to GCA, Brandon worked in the Transaction Services group of PricewaterhouseCoopers in San Francisco.

While at Qatalyst, Brandon has advised Spredfast on its sale to Lithium Technologies / Vista Equity Partners, Glassdoor on its $1.2B sale to Recruit Holdings, Magento on its $1.68Bn sale to Adobe, Bungie on the sale of a minority stake to NetEase, Cavium on its $6.7B sale to Marvell Technologies, InvenSense on its $1.3B sale to TDK, Opower on its $621MM sale to Oracle, Xamarin on its sale to Microsoft, HomeAway on its $3.9B sale to Expedia, eBay Inc. on its $925MM divestiture of software provider eBay Enterprise, booking site Orbitz Worldwide on its $1.7B sale to Expedia, software provider Coupa Software on its $80M Series G financing, and data analytics provider Datalogix on its sale to Oracle.

Brandon is originally from Indianapolis, Indiana and received a B.S. in Business Management with a Finance emphasis from the Brigham Young University Marriott School.
