Daniel Sasi

Daniel joined Qatalyst in April of 2017. Prior to joining Qatalyst, Daniel was in the Technology Investment Banking group at BofA Merrill Lynch in Palo Alto, California. While at Qatalyst, Daniel’s transaction experience includes Hellman & Friedman’s pending $11B acquisition of Ultimate Software, Cavium’s $6.7B sale to Marvell Technologies, Glassdoor’s $1.2B sale to Recruit, NGINX’s pending $670M sale to F5 Networks, Luxtera’s $660M sale to Cisco, Datorama’s sale to Salesforce and Semantic Machine’s sale to Microsoft. Prior to Qatalyst, Daniel's transaction experience includes Verizon's $4.5B acquisition of Yahoo's core business, Renesas' $3.2B acquisition of Intersil, Ubiquisys’ $310M sale to Cisco, Bankrate's sale of its insuranceQuotes division to a Genstar Capital portfolio company (AllWebLeads), multiple divestitures for Progress Software, and financings for Cypress Semiconductor, inContact, InfoBlox, Intermolecular, Violin Memory and MakeMyTrip.

Daniel grew up in Los Angeles, California and graduated with a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of San Diego.
