Dennis joined Qatalyst in May 2015. He was previously with Deutsche Bank in its Technology, Media and Telecom Group in San Francisco. While at Qatalyst, Dennis advised Inphi on its $10.0B proposed sale to Marvell, Qualtrics on its $8.0B sale to SAP, CA on its $18.9B sale to Broadcom, Microsemi on its $10.2B sale to Microchip, Linear Technology on its $16.2B sale to Analog Devices, and QLogic’s on its $1.4B sale to Cavium. Dennis’ transaction experience prior to Qatalyst includes Alibaba’s $25B initial public offering, SunEdison’s separation of SunEdison Semiconductor and Qualcomm’s $2.5B acquisition of CSR.
Dennis is originally from Beijing, China. He graduated summa cum laude from Santa Clara University, where he received a B.Sc. in Finance from the Leavey School of Business, and a B.S. in Mathematics.
