Hilary joined Qatalyst in August 2021 as General Counsel. Prior to joining Qatalyst, Hilary spent more than 10 years at Latham & Watkins LLP, where she most recently served as a Litigation & Trial Partner representing clients in high-stakes litigation. She is an experienced trial lawyer whose practice focused on M&A litigation, securities class actions, shareholder derivative litigation, regulatory and enforcement proceedings, and other commercial litigation in the technology sector.

Hilary is originally from St. Louis, Missouri and received a B.A. from University of San Francisco and a J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law.
