Jason has been President of Qatalyst since 2016 and has over 30 years of strategic advisory experience, almost all of which have been focused on the technology industry.  Jason joined Qatalyst in 2010, starting Qatalyst’s semiconductor practice, and in 2017 moved to London to help further develop Qatalyst’s business in Europe and Israel.  Currently located in San Francisco, Jason advises companies on strategic transactions across all global technology markets.  Prior to Qatalyst, Jason worked with Frank and George at Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley.  He has advised on well over 100 completed transactions representing approximately $300B of value, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, hostile takeovers and defense, shareholder advisory, leveraged buyouts and recapitalizations, spin-offs and financings.

Jason is originally from Lower Merion, Pennsylvania and received an A.B., with honors, in Organizational Behavior and Management and International Relations from Brown University.
