Rob joined Qatalyst in September 2023 and helps lead our enterprise software group. Prior to joining Qatalyst, Rob spent 5 years at Goldman Sachs where he was a partner in the TMT investment banking group focused on the enterprise software sector. Previously Rob worked in the TMT investment banking groups at Citi and Deutsche Bank.

Mr. Chisholm has over 19 years of experience advising companies in the technology sector, including advising Ansys on its pending sale to Synopsys for $34.8B, Tableau on its sale to Salesforce for $15.7 billion, Qualtrics on its sale to Silver Lake and CPP Investments for $12.5 billion, Zendesk on its sale to Hellman & Friedman and Permira for $10.2 billion, and Thoma Bravo’s acquisition of Realpage for $10.2 billion.

Rob is originally from Antigonish, Nova Scotia and received a B.A. in Environmental Studies from Middlebury College, graduating summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa.
